Shipping procedure

The shipment will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer exclusively in Switzerland and to Lichtenstein.

For delivery, it is mandatory to provide a valid telephone number (reachable during the day) when entering the address. If the recipient is not at home and cannot be reached due to an invalid telephone number, we reserve the right to charge the costs incurred for a new delivery.

Direct delivery to the recipient

If you want to deliver directly to the recipient, please enter your own data in the invoice data fields and the recipient's data in the delivery address fields. In the phone number field, enter your own, unless we are allowed to contact the recipient directly in case of delay in delivery or other problems.

AvailabilityThe availability of the goods refers to the stock of the suppliers, which are located in Switzerland or in nearby European countries. Kreativgeschenke.ch regularly compares the stocks of the articles with its suppliers.

Since Kreativgeschenke.ch is entirely dependent on the information provided by its suppliers, delivery times and prices are without any obligation for Kreativgeschenke.ch. Should it happen that an ordered item is no longer available, the delivery may be delayed. In principle, we deliver your order as soon as possible.

Shipping costs

In order to offer you a faster service, kreativgeschenke.ch delivers mostly directly from the supplier's warehouse to the recipient. Therefore it is possible that you receive several deliveries for one order of different products and the shipping costs are cumulated in one order with products from different suppliers.

The shipping costs are passed on 1:1 and are visible at the end of the order in the shopping cart.

Tracking & shipping partner

Since the shipping usually takes place within the shortest possible time, it is common that the physical delivery will be delivered before the transmission of the shipping status, respectively a tracking number. We thank you for your understanding. In case of any uncertainty or non-receipt of a shipment within 3 working days, please send us a message.
